What is Absurd! ?

Literally everything. This newsletter is written by Iris Zhou. I’m a college kid who loves noticing people’s outfits. You’ll find my thoughts on clothes and fashion, what trends are incoming, what’s on its way out, and the best deals to get it all on a budget.

I named this newsletter Absurd! because really, when it comes to clothes, it’s not that deep. Clothes don’t really mean anything. Even so, we naturally place memories and identities into the pieces that we wear and search for meaning where there is none. You might think that’s a bad thing but I think it’s what keeps us going day in and day out. Life has no inherent meaning, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find some joy in the search for it.
